When will my order arrive?

 

We'll dispatch your order as soon as we can - this is often the same business day whenever possible. We will be shipping orders as normal during the current pandemic.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to despatch the majority of our orders within 24 hours of receiving them.  We will be shipping orders as normal during the current pandemic.

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.

Deliveries may take a little longer during busy times such as Christmas and Bank Holidays. We would then ask that you allow two or three extra days for your order to arrive with you. Unfortunately, any delays caused during these times are beyond our control.

Please note, during the current Covid-19 pandemic, orders can take up to an extra week to arrive. This is due to a reduced workforce in many postal systems across the world.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Please note, during the current Covid-19 pandemic, orders can take up to an extra week to arrive. This is due to a reduced workforce in many postal systems across the world.

This is due to measures being taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We are currently taking steps to try to reduce this delivery time as much as possible. 

Have you allowed enough time?

We're really sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. We send an email confirmation to you when your order leaves our warehouse. Once you've received this, you should receive your order within the following time:-

  • UK: 1-5 business days
  • Europe: 7-10  business days
  • Rest of the world: up to 4 weeks

I've waited the amount of business days stated above and my order still hasn't arrived:

Fortunately, this situation doesn't happen often, but when it does, there are certain checks that can be made to find the missing order. Contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office, even if a card hasn't been left. Nine times out of ten, this is where most missing orders are found.    

Has a helpful neighbour taken it in for you? This happens more than you would think, so ask your closest neighbours.  If you have made these two checks and still can't find your order, then please contact us.

Not received order procedure

You must notify us within 28 days of despatch if you have not received your goods. 

Pleasecontact us within this period of time in order for us to be able to assist and resolve your query.

I've received the wrong bulbs

If there has been a packing error and we have sent out a different fitting to the one that you ordered, then please contact us so that we can resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?

Yes you can use a different delivery address but to to ensure safe delivery, we will need the full address including the postcode.

Please note, we will not be able to amend the delivery address after the order has been dispatched.

I've only received part of my order

Although the your order will be despatched on the same day, it may be sent out in separate parcels and therefore may not all arrive with you at the same time.

Please allow the full estimated delivery time stated for your complete order to arrive with you.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with full details of your order and estimated delivery times.

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. (depending on the time you place your order)

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the products you wish to purchase, simply add them to your shopping basket and follow our quick and easy checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

We process all orders as quickly as possible so we only have a very short time where we are able to cancel an order.

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the order has been sent for processing, we will be unable to cancel your order. You would then need to return the item to us.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 7 days starting the day after delivery.

If you wish to cancel your contract with us, or return your order, then you must inform us in writing (by email).

For technical and safety reasons we ask that all returns be in the same, unopened condition as they were sent in.

When we dispatch your products we clearly label them to ask you to check your existing bulbs before opening your new products to ensure you have the correct fitment/product. If this is not the case then please contact us first.

How do I return an item?

Easy Returns

We hope you’ll be very happy with your new PowerBulbs purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return the item, we've listed everything you’ll need to know right here. If you need further advice please contact us - we’re on hand to help with anything.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return an item as long as it’s in an unopened, unused condition. Please inform us via email if you would like to make a return. If your return request is accepted you will need to return the item to us within 14 working days. Returns after this time may not be accepted.

When you receive your item we always recommend that you check your existing bulbs before opening your new product to ensure you have the correct fitment. If you've ordered the wrong type of bulb for your vehicle, you can return it to us within 30 days of dispatch (that’s 60 days for all orders outside of the UK).  We ask that you return the product in an unopened condition.

How long do I have to return a product to you?

We accept returns made within 30 days of the order being dispatched in the UK. Outside of the UK we will accept returns within 60 days of the order being dispatched. Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of cancellation of the contract.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if the item is returned to us unopened and unused we will happily exchange the item. Once we receive the original item back we will dispatch the exchange item the same working day.

Will my returns cost be refunded?

We will only refund the postage costs if you return the bulbs to us because of an error on our part. Upon receipt of the returned item we will refund postage costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure when returning an item from overseas that all paperwork is completed correctly, stating the item to be a return. If this information is missing we incur custom charges so unfortunately we will have to refuse the item.

Will my return costs be refunded?

Return postage costs will only be refunded if you return the bulbs to us because of an error on our part. We will then refund your return postage costs upon return of the order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning an item using DHL the paperwork must be completed correctly, stating the item to be a return. If this information is missing, we incur custom charges, so unfortunately we will have to refuse the item.

How long do I have to return a product to you?

Any refunds will be actioned within 30 days of cancellation of the contract.

Exchanges will be actioned the same working day upon receipt of the original goods.

Please note that returns can only be accepted within 30 days of the order being dispatched (UK) and 60 days for all orders outside of the UK.  Return requests made after this period of time will not be accepted.
